From the date of order you will receive your print between 1 week - 10 days.

We don't accept refunds, each print is specifically made for each client.

If for any reason the item is damaged or lost, we will ensure a new print is sent to you immediately. Please email: studio@lilliebernie.com

If you need a print urgently we offer fast track delivery, at a cost of £20. 1-2 days depending on location. Please email studio@lilliebernie.com to arrange. 

The minimum for a workshop is 5 people

Each workshop runs for 1–1.5 hours, where we guide you through the art of making your photos sparkle. You have the option of each person having their own Glitter Kit to take home, or simply use our equipment for the evening. Table décor are available as optional extras.

Yes, we ask for at least two photos per person so we can print everything ahead of the event. We'll also help guide photo choices depending on the occasion. For a hen party or bachelorette, for example, we usually suggest one photo of each guest with the bride, plus a personal favourite to take home

Absolutely not! Our kits and workshops are designed for everyone, no experience needed. It's all about having fun, getting creative, and sharing the sparkle with your friends.
